Recovery at home, sized to your space
How to build a setup that fits a drawer, a corner or a whole room.
Most home recovery setups fail because they don't fit the house. Size it to your space first, then choose gear.
If it fits in a drawer
A percussion device, a sleep mask and a box of electrolyte sticks. Hypervolt and Theragun both live in a drawer and come out in under a minute.
If you have a corner
Compression boots and an infrared heat blanket turn the end of a couch into a recovery station, and a wall panel adds red light without taking floor space.
If you can give it a room
This is where a sauna and a cold tub go. Plan electrical and drainage before you order either.
