Questions

Do I need plumbing for a cold plunge?

Not for an ice-fed barrel. The Ice Barrel 500 needs no plumbing or wiring: you fill it with water and ice, and it drains through a spout, per Ice Barrel. Wiring only comes in if you add Ice Barrel's $3,999.99 chiller.

Can a red light panel hang on a door?

Yes. Joovv lists door, wall or stand mounting for the Solo 3.0, and Wareable hung it on a door during testing. Mito includes an over-door hook and steel cables with the MitoPRO 1500X.

How much space does a sauna blanket need?

Garage Gym Reviews measured the HigherDOSE blanket at 71 by 71 inches and says it needs a heat-safe surface; its tester ran a 45-minute session on a yoga mat. It rolls up for storage between sessions.
